I am a Trojan Horse.

I'm here to complain!
See the screenshot below. I download the bulk of my music (yes, illegally) from Multiply.com and it's fairly reliable. I don't think you'll get caught that easily because it's not software, it's a website. (I think ah I think only) I think it's by far safer than Bittorrent/Limewire/the rest of it because there's about no viruses (so far for me lah) Sorry Sinyee dear I once got a virus in my computer and have since been terrified of it.
The music is uploaded by other users and boothere! you can just download it.
AND THEN.
Boom!
Checkout the screenshot. They used to have this Music option and you'd click that and type in whatever song you wanted. Then poof there you get your song. Then it disappeared one day. And it hasn't come back! Crap it :( The main thing about the whole site was the songs.
Without the Music option it's seriously hard to search because whatever you're searching for gets mixed up with all the other categories (Blogs Photos Videos Events Links Reviews all the rest of it). I spent like half an hour searching for ONE song. Then all the other crap appeared.
It's almost impossible.

I'm HEARTBROKEN. There goes my main source of music. (Dora, the day I told you about it, that's the day I discovered it disappeared!) Yeah saaddd can.
But I'm adaptable one can.

Went on a downloading spree from anywhere else I could find, with both FF and IE HAHAHAHA SO THERE :D
Anyway I had such a rotten time trying to find a subsitute for Multiply.com and haven't really found one. Then I found this forums kind of thing and you request for a song, and people who have it host the file on some file hosting site like Megaupload and you can go and download it. Yeah pretty slow but I guess it'll work for now because I'm scared stiff of p2p software.
(music-buzz)AND I also found a msn group that pretty much has the same function.
(mp3 music finder)Not very good I think. But still okay lah. Went to Yahoo! Answers to check out where everyone else was downloading from and there's all those trashy sites I don't even dare to stay on the page for one minute, there were all these crazy disgusting ads. I almost yelled and apologized to my computer for subjecting it to porn ads.
Closed it straightaway.
Gosh so scary and gross. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWW.
-screams and runs away-
Once, when I downloaded a torrent to open with Bittorrent, it came with a trojan horse. I completely freaked out and didn't tell my parents about it. I immediately had Mr Norton Antivirus working like crazy trying to fix it. I spent the whole freaking day trying to worm the virus out and get the computer well. Yes I went crazy O.O
And all day long messages like
"Your order for 50 packs of Viagra is delayed. $0.50 per packet. Buy Viagra. Code: 8501647"
"Order Viagra, prices from $0.50 to $1.50"
popped out.
Yes imagine how scared I was. I don't know what Viagra is exactly but it's disgusting yes I know that part I learnt it from watching a certain Channel 8 TV show, maybe some of you remember it? Double Happiness or was it. IT WAS A FAMILY SHOW. I WAS NOT BEING SICK.
Grrrr it was so scary. I was so scared that when my parents were using the computer the messages would pop up and they'd be wondering who ordered Viagra. Anyway one day the messages stopped coming and Norton Antivirus said everything was alright.
I did about 5 full system scans because I was so scared. It wasn't one of those prank things that people send you. It's not like that fake virus emoticon on MSN. It was like, a real trojan horse.
I ALMOST DIED CAN.
-slumps on computer-
Nyahahahaha okay. Moral of the story be careful when you're downloading from p2p software.
SINYEE BE CAREFUL WORSo far I haven't had any problems like that when I stopped using Limewire/Ares/Bittorrent and started using websites.
-heave sigh of relief-
Anyway, on a lighter note:
I saw this piece of news on Yahoo! News one day. It's really sweet.
"Archaeologists in Italy discovered a couple buried 5,000 to 6,000 years ago, still embracing one another. 'It's an extraordinary case,' said Elena Menotti, who led the team. 'There has not been a double burial found in the Neolithic period, much less two people hugging -- and they really are hugging.'"
This is really "I will love you until my dying day."
